What is PonD?

PonD is an on-demand app that works like drive hailing that matches clients’ need for pre-vetted photographers with proper skill and equipment at a great price.

Photos will be uploaded in a personal gallery where clients can download after 96 hours from the event. They may request prints to be delivered in their house at a discounted price.

Where are your service available?

We are currently available only in Metro Manila.

What type of photography service are available?

We cover most event and non-event photography genre:

Event: Kiddie Party, baptism, Debut, Corporate
Non-Event: Sports, Newborn, Prenuptial, Post Nuptial

More photography genres will be opened soon.

Where is PonD Office?

PonD is located inside FUJI-YKL Compound in 24 Sto. Domingo Street, Quezon City.

Photography shoots can be done in any locations like PonD accredited studios, event venues, hotels, churches, etc. that are safe for both photographers and clients.

Clients book entirely thru the App. Clients’ and photographers’ contact details will be made available to each other 24 hours before the event. Earlier than that, they may contact each other thru App’s chat support.

Client may also use Chat Support for any assistance, questions or help in finding the right photographer for his requirements.

Who owns copyright to the images?

Clients own full copyright for all the images. You can, therefore, use, reproduce and publish all photos however you like.

PonD, as well as partner photographers, may also use the images they have taken for their own marketing and or for education purposes.

Yes. All events by PonD photographers have event liability insurance coverage.

Pricing and inclusions

How much do PonD Photographers charge?

Clients can view our photographer’s price, profile as well as his portfolio during the booking process before making final booking.

You may also ask the help of our Chat Support team if there are services currently not specified in the App.

How many images do client get?

Number of photos depend on the type of service being requested but for regular event photography your photographer will send you 300 images with basic enhancements within 96 hours after the shoot.

Will my photos be edited?

PonD does not offer image retouching services as of the moment but basic enhancements will be applied to all high-resolution photos in the gallery

High-resolution images will be 5-6MB in size.

How long will my photos stay in the Cloud?

High-resolution images (5-6MB) will stay up in the gallery for 3 weeks and notifications will be sent to you to remind you to download and back up your images.

After the hi-resolution images expired, your gallery will still be there but with only screen resolution images available.

Should you request that the images be uploaded again or sent to you thru USB drive, you will be charged accordingly.

Booking a Shoot

When can I book a request?

For planned booking, you can hire a photographer up to 24 hours lead time weeks or months before the event. For immediate bookig, 6-hour lead time will soon be offered in the app.

How long should I book before the event?

We currently accept only planned booking of 24 hours or more lead time before the event.

Immediate booking of 6-hour lead time will soon be available.

What if I have additional requests from my photographer?

You will receive notifications from our chat support about your booking details where you may also inform them if you have additional requirements.

 On the day itself, you will receive your photographer’s contact details and will turn up with their gear for the duration of your booking.

What if I want to extend time of coverage?

You may update PonD App for any extensions in the shoot. You will immediately see the adjustment in pricing. Extension though is subject to the availability of your current photographer.

When do I pay?

Upon selecting your choice photographer, you will be given 3 hours to finalize the booking by paying the required 50% down payment.

Your slot will only be held for 3 working hours and may be assigned to other customers if no payment is received within the allocated time.

How do I pay?

We use the services of Paynamics Technologies Inc. for safest transaction.

We can accept payment thru these following methods:

  • ATM/Debit cards ( Bancnet ATM cards)
  • Over the counter (7-Eleven, BDO, Union Bank, PNB, UCPB, ECPay, Mlhuillier, Cebuana, etc.)
  • Mobile Wallet (Gcash, Paymaya, Coins, Grabpay)

Credit Card payment is currently not available.

Can I do immediate booking now?

The earliest you can book  within 24 hours before the event.

Special requests

Can I choose the photographer?

Yes, you can! Just fill in your details in the booking form and our matching algorithm will show you the best photographers to choose from.

You can see price, portfolio, and profile of photographers that accepted your request.

Can I check the photographer’s portfolio before booking?

All of our photographers are pre-vetted. We assess the photographers’ portfolio, past work experience and their equipment.

You may even view client reviews of their past works.

Can I have photos taken in multiple locations?

You can decide how to spend the time allocated to you as long as they are within walking distance.

Certain situations may require placing separate bookings for each location. Please contact us to discuss your shoot so we can advise you on the most cost-effective option:

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchase?

Do you offer video services?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer videography services for end clients.

Only member studios and photographers may book their fellow members for their events.

Changing a booking

How do I cancel my booking?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, you can reschedule your booking or pass it to a friend but with certain charges for cancelled photographer.

Can I reschedule my booking?

The timing or location of a shoot can be changed provided that more than 24 hours notice is given and availability of your assigned photographer. A ₱250 change fee will apply. If you will be reassigned to a different photographer, a ₱500 change fee will be charged to you.

Reschedules and relocations are not possible within 24 hours prior to the shoot.

Can I extend my shoot?


On the day:

You may request extension on App as long as the photographer is available for the extension. You will be invoiced for the extra amount of time payable to the photographer after the event.

Before the event:

You may request on App as long as your photographer is available for the extension. If not, you will be asked select another photographer and you will be charged ₱500 change fee which will be paid a cancellation fee for the photographer you changed.

After making a booking

I have just booked, what happens now?

Your booking is now locked in!

If your schedule is still more than 24 hours away. You can course all your concerns to our chat support.

How do I contact my photographer?

You will be sent your photographer’s contacts 24 hours before the event.

After the shoot

When will I get my photos?

You will receive an on-app notification with a link to your personal online gallery within 96 hours after the shoot.

Why should I be a PonD photographer?

Shoot with PonD and you can earn extra as an independent contractor. You will get to work on your own schedule, accepting jobs only if you are available and for jobs near you.

How are photographers selected by the system?

The system qualifies a photographer for client selection based on the following:

  1. Photographer is already accredited and account is activated by PonD.
  2. Photographer is available based on his/her scheduler.
  3. Photographer is within 3-5KM radius from the event venue.
  4. Photographer is pencil-booked but client has not been paid yet.

What does it mean to be accredited?

Accreditation qualifies a photographer to be booked by a client and be able to book a fellow photographer.

How is the accreditation process?

A photographer shall undergo a knowledge and behavioral assessment facilitated by PonD and its partner. Once passed, PonD will activate the photographer’s status.

How does the bookmark work in the photographer selection?

The client can bookmark photographers on the selection list he/she initially prefers. In the event client has not yet selected a photographer for a particular booking request, the bookmarked photographers will appear at the top of the list.
